Swapped front squats with back squats since I skipped my Monday session. I'm feeling it this morning and decided to jump up to 275#×8. Last time I was under the bar with this, I had a hip shift so bad I hurt myself! #That feelin is officially back. #BlackSkyFitness

Went for ×7 on the second set. I'm actually happy with what I see! Small steps at a time :) #BlackSkyFitness

You know, I'm not bad at these! I think the depth and balance is good. Could have a little more consistency on the reps, but I haven't touched a barbell in quite some time. Slow build up! #BlackSkyFitness

I could keep leanin Western. My favorite piece I got on tuck is a tasseled blazer that's almost weather appropriate

This bar was SLIPPERT as shit, but I was digging this first set of front squats for the new block. I have to get used to the bar again frfr. #BlackSkyFitness

Moved the Bulgarians Split Squats to the barbell too. Man, the balance is so tricky! I wanna hit 185# on these in a few months. #BlackSkyFitness
