The ballot measure needed 50 percent Yes to pass, got between 46 and 47.

I'm just curious if anyone at Fox9 ever considered finding out what the real numbers were and giving a teensy-weensy update, or if "Guy says shit on our journalistic airwaves" is just a genre now.

Anyone with a good ear would know he was making it up: the word "probably" is a give away. Looking up the real numbers tells you whether in making it up he guessed wrong (as he did) or was lucky and guessed right (he wasn't). But he wouldn't say "probably" if he weren't making it up.
