On Money and Politics: corporations are legal fiction, and laws can be changed, and furthermore, interstate commerce, AFAIK, is subject to Federal laws. Hence, Congress should be able to legislate that corporations need 51% (or 60%, or 90%) of equity outstanding to approve **any** interstate speech.
