Have you watched the short? What's at issue is less than one minute of footage, most of which seems to have been shown at a self-described "sentencing film festival" that he was clearly granted access to attend and shoot. At worst, this appears to be a small permissions dispute.

I suspect it's covered by fair use, but clearly there's enough of a dispute about if he should have been granted access to have cost someone their job. But going from there to accusations of white supremacy, racism, theft, and profiteering, as this video and the letter in it do, feels unsupported.

If you've followed Elizabeth Holmes entire career, & saw "The Drop Out", "You Can See Everything" deserves getting
Best Picture, hands down.
