Huh, you erase the sketch down to a light line, draw over it for a clearer line, erase that, colour, then ink? I've been wondering how you prevent the pencil lines coming through in marker pieces, I should try this.
Yes, first a rough sketch, when I resolve the drawing, I erase on a way that is like lowering opacity, for cleaning the sketch, then I pass the eraser once more, so the pencil don’t merge with color. After coloring I do the outline, otherwise the outline may merge with color
