a woman I know at work who was homeschooled and then went to nothing but Catholic schools. had no idea that two towers fell in New York City, and that planes crashed into them. She thought the capital building and the White House was the same building. This is why we cannot have homeschooling.

I'm going to say something that may be controversial here but education IS indoctrination. Indoctrination is information presented repeatedly, which is how compulsory schooling works. How many times did you go over the same lessons in school? It's how you instruct on the fundamentals.

Homeschooling isn't going to be any different in terms of if children are subjected to indoctrination, it's just going to cause public school closures, deprive children of access to school facilities and make your children worse at math.

Is there any verifiable information about the video? Do we know when and where it was recorded? Do we know it wasn't AI? There's nothing objectionable happening, but conservatives will be triggered by anything.

Tbf I have a friend who homeschools her kid and she's amazing. Not all homeschool is bad. But homeschooling so you can "protect your kids from the evil liberals that infect public school" is pretty terrible.
