Your data belongs to you

Bluvy Tube is a window, not a vault

Your account doesn't belong to Bluvy Tube: it's kept by your account hosting provider and works with every compatible app, like Bluesky. Almost everything you do here is saved straight to your account — not to a database Bluvy Tube controls.

Saved to your account (portable, yours)

• The videos you publish — visible in Bluesky and other compatible apps too.
• Every like you give.
• Every creator you follow.
• Every repost and quote-post you make.
• Your Bluvy Tube favorites — saved to your account, not ours.

What Bluvy Tube actually keeps

Bluvy Tube only keeps a local index (for fast search and browsing) and your login session — a copy of what's already public in your account, never the original. If Bluvy Tube disappeared tomorrow, none of your posts would disappear with it.
