Generators Matter.⚡️🇺🇦
“My mom sent me a video. She was just talking about her day, but in the background, there was a sound I couldn't ignore. Whirrrrr! The constant hum of a generator.
And it's not just where she lives. Generators are everywhere now - outside shops, pharmacies, cafés & workplaces.

After renewed attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, power outages have once again become part of everyday life. It's a sound you don't normally think much about. But in Ukraine, it means something different. My mom, for instance, is able to keep working. And it's not just about work.
It's about being able to carry on with everyday life, even when the electricity goes out. A pharmacy can stay open. A small shop can continue serving its customers. Someone can warm up milk for a child, charge a phone to stay in touch with loved ones.
