You know what else would help? If we radically altered our food system to eliminate factory farming. Won’t completely keep birds and cattle safe, but would help. Local farms where I source chicken have very strict protocols in place to protect their flocks.
Of course, I care about the sick chickens, but what's much more painful is all the young children who have gotten sick and died b/c MAGAT morongs are listening to RFK Jr.'s anti-vax BS instead of their own doctors.
