Voted yesterday in Missouri!
My 24 yr old son is on the spectrum and had some persistent anxiety about going to vote as things politically ramped up as he got older. He’s worked all week on building up the courage to go. He said it was too important not to. He voted for the 1st time yesterday. 🥰💙

He also made me swear I wouldn’t make a big deal out of it. 😂 I was very well behaved. He did let me get a picture of him outside the election authority building with the commemorative seal and he was happy he got a sticker.

I can relate! My mind still thinks I’m 25, but my body reminds me that in spite of good intentions when it comes to household chores, I’m most definitely 61.
