LA. Got off a 44 hour train ride from NOLA - getting on a train up the coast to Emeryville (basically San Francisco/Oakland). LA is a great place to visit and I did that. But a bit grandiose and plastic - reminds me of DC in that respect. But lots of cool peeps in DC where i lived!
