We currently play a 3-4-3 on paper. However as most of you should have noticed. It's not like that when we have possession of the ball, and ends up looking like the below Animation We end up having Bogle as the RW in a 4-3-3 and Justin steps up to RB from RCB.

Which has been effective for us last season and has also led us to be quite solid defensively. But we do feel there are ways to keep us solid defensively while also getting more attackers on the pitch.

The below is a simple change, Wilson in for Justin.

4-3-3 IP
3-4-3 OOP
In the above animation we saw Ampadu dropping between the CB's when the switch from IP to OOP happens.

It doesn't need to be Ethan, it could be Stach or we could just leave the midfield 3 intact which would give us extra cover for defending wide areas as below.
