I’m always paranoid of tripping this limit (and causing expensive damage) when I’m camping and cooking food, boiling water, or making coffee with power from the truck.

Many of my house breakers trip at 15 amps.
So not much wiggle room to be tripping breakers
unless your using a 20 amp breaker circuit or higher.
